PriceWaterhouseCoopers (PWH) announced on Saturday that it has resigned from statutory auditors of Satyam Computers Services with effect from February 12, 2009. PWH stated that it would cooperate with the ongoing investigation of Rs 7,800 crore fraud made by Satyam Computers Services Ltd.
The Board of Satyam Computers is intending to appoint new statutory auditors.
