Satyam Computer Services posted a standalone net profit of 181crore rupees ($38 million) on revenue of 2290 crore rupees in the quarter to December, it said in a filing to the stock exchange.
The company said it had total bank balances of 373 crore rupees as at March 31.
It posted a profit of 4 crore rupees on revenue of 681 crore rupees in January and net profit of 52 crore rupees in February on revenues of 676 crore rupees, the outsourcing firm said.
Satyam was plunged into crisis after its founder quit in early January, saying profits and assets had been falsified.
Outsourcer Tech Mahindra won an auction in April for a controlling stake in Satyam in a deal worth about $580 million.
