Apollo India Pvt Equity II (Mauritius) Ltd has sold 46,911,765 shares that represents 4.4% stake of Dish TV according to the bulk deal data available on BSE.

The shares were sold for an average price of Rs 103.72 and the transaction valued at Rs 486.57 crore.

Dish TV has reported a standalone net profit of Rs 35.01 crore for the fourth quarter ended March 31, 2015.
