Bharat Dynamics Limited, which is one of India’s ammunition and missile systems manufacturer posted a standalone quarterly report for the September-end quarter of the current fiscal year. Bharat Dynamics Limited reported a net profit of Rs. 28.34 crores in said quarter, declining 66.22% as compared to Rs. 83.89 crores in September-end quarter of 2017.
According to the company’s regulatory filings, the net sales during the quarter under review stood at Rs 605.97 crores as against Rs. 879.98 crores in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal, posting a downfall of 31.14%.
EBITDA (Earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortization) during the said quarter stood at Rs. 89.91 crores in September 2018 declining 47.11% from Rs. 170.00 crores in the July-September quarter of the fiscal year 2017-18.
However, Bharat Dynamics EPS increased to Rs. 1.55 in July-September quarter of 2018 from Rs. 0.34 during the same quarter period preceding year.
