Bharat Heavy Electricals Ltd (BHEL), received shareholder’s approval to issue 1 new equity bonus share for every 2 existing sharers.
As per the proposal, shareholder will be issued one new bonus equity share of Rs 2 each, for every 2 existing shares of Rs 2 each fully paid up.
Moreover, the shareholder also gave approval for a final dividend of 39%. With this, the total dividend for the year 2016-2017 comes to 79%.
