Bodal Chemicals has entered into shareholders agreement to raise its stake in Trion Chemicals.

Trion Chemicals is an associate company of Bodal Chemicals, and company is currently holding 42% stake in Trion Chemicals. Bodal Chemicals has acquired 29,86,095 equity shares at face value of Rs.10, thereby raising its stake further in the company and now the total holding of the company is increased to 59%.

Moreover, after the said acquisition Trion Chemicals has become subsidiary company of Bodal Chemicals.
