Dena Bank has raised Rs 400 crore through issuing Basel III complaint tier II bonds.
It is a part of bank’s plan of raising a total of Rs 1,100 crore through such debentures.
The bank has said in a regulatory filing that the allotment of 4,000 unsecured, subordinated, non-convertible Basel III complaint tier 2 bonds in the nature of debentures was done on September 20.
