Engineers India is going to consider the issuance of bonus shares for rewarding shareholders and liquidity of the stock in next week.
The company has said in a regulatory filing that the board of EIL will be meeting on November 16 for considering “the issue of bonus shares.”
The company had last issued a 2:1 bonus share in March 2010 and a similar ratio bonus share was issued in December 1999 and August 1999.
