HDFC Ltd, the mortgage lender has declared an interim dividend of Rs 3 per share for the current fiscal ending March 31, 2017.

HDFC is going to start paying dividend from March 20.

Company’s board of directors in a meeting have approved the proposal for payment of interim dividend.

Housing Development Finance Corporation has said in a regulatory filing that “The board of directors at its meeting has approved the payment of interim dividend of Rs 3 per equity share of Rs 2 each of the corporation, for the financial year ending March 31, 2017.”

The declared interim divided is same as it had announced for the previous fiscal 2015-16.
