InterGlobe Aviation‘s Aditya Ghosh, to step down as the President and Whole-Time Director of the company, from July 31.
The board is to consider appointing Gregory Taylor as the President and CEO subject to regulatory approvals. Rahul Bhatia will be the interim CEO and will continue as the director.
Furthermore, the company is to announce the results for quarter ended March 31,2018 on May 2,2018.
