Jaguar Land Rover(JLR), according to the patent application, is developing a technology that will open or shut sunroof,automatically close windows or turn on the heating by detecting change in weather.

This technology will use air pressure,humidity and light sensor to predict and detect the change in weather. Further,it will also receive information from GPS to determine any changes in the weather along the route.

As per the patent filed, the weather prediction of a JLR can be better than the Meteorological department, as it has access to local conditions.
