Kotak Private Equity group has sold 5.73 percent stake in Minda Corporation which is an auto component maker for an estimated Rs 120 crore via an open market transaction.

As per the bulk deal data available with stock exchanges, Kotak Private Equity Fund and Kotak India Growth Fund II together sold a total of 1,20,03,615 shares that represents 5.73 percent stake of Minda Corp.

The shares have been sold at an average price of Rs 100.26 valuing the transaction at Rs 120.36 crore.
