Neuland Laboratories has said that its board has provided its approval to merge Neuland Health Sciences and Neuland Pharma Research with the company.
Neuland Laboratories has said in a BSE filing that “The Board of Directors of the company…Have in-principle approved a proposal to merge Neuland Health Sciences (holding company) and Neuland Pharma Research (subsidiary of the holding company) with Neuland Laboratories.”
It further said that the merger is subject to all necessary approvals.
