Narendra Murkumbi, Shree Renuka Sugars Vice Chairman and Managing Director has resigned.
The company in a regulatory filing stated, “Narendra Murkumbi has tendered his resignation from his executive position as Vice Chairman and Managing Director of the company.” The resignation has been accepted by the board.
Moreover, Murkumbi will continue to hold the position during the notice period, which extends for 90 days or until completion of the open offer being made by Wilmar Sugar Holdings, whichever is later.
