S G Murali, HCL Infosystems group Chief Financial Officer has resigned from his post and Deputy CFO Kapil Kapur has been entrusted with the charge of CFO for ensuring smooth working of the company.
HCL Infosystems has informed in a BSE filing that “S G Murali, Group Chief Financial Officer has informed the company about his decision to relinquish the said position effective September 15,2017 to pursue new career opportunities.”
The company further said that the Audit Committee and Board Of Directors have accepted Murali’s resignation.
