Malvinder Mohan Singh and Shivinder Mohan Singh, have resigned from the board of Religare Enterprises, with effect from yesterday.

The company in a regulatory filing stated, “Malvinder Mohan Singh and Shivinder Mohan Singh have stepped down from the board of directors with effect from February 14, 2018.” Further, Francis Daniel Lee, non-executive non-independent director has also stepped down with effect from February 13, 2018.

The main reason behind the resignation, is to free the organisation from any encumbrances that may be associated to the promoters.
