Tata Motors has posted a 2 percent increase in the total sales at 40,944 units in December as compared to 39,973 units of same time duration of previous year.
The domestic sales of its commercial and passenger vehicles has been increased by 1 percent to 35,825 units in the last month as against same period of 2015.
Tata Motors has said in a statement that its passenger vehicle sales in the domestic market grew 35 percent to 10,827 units last month as compared to December 2015 whereas the passenger car sales grew by 40 percent.
