Axis Bank Credit Card Grievance Redressal

There are generally three levels for Grievance Redressal at Axis Bank:

Level 1: Queries, Complaint, and Request Redressal

For any query, complaint, or request concerning the bank or any of its services, you can utilize Live Chat, use the customer care number, or find your nearest bank branch to reach and seek an explanation.

Level 2: Writing to a Nodal Officer

If the acknowledgement from visiting the bank, live chat, or calling customer care is not satisfying and did not solve your problem, you can always address the Nodal Officer by e-mail or a letter. If your concern is about a branch visit, you need to write to the Circle Nodal Officer.

Level 3: Reporting to the Principal Nodal Officer

You can connect directly with the Principal Nodal Officer if your problem isn’t solved by the Nodal Officer/Circle Nodal Officer, I.e. if you are not convinced with the Level 2 response. You can either write an e-mail affirming your concern to the Principal Nodal Officer, or you can download the grievance form and mail it to the mentioned address on the form.

If your queries are still not acknowledged to your satisfaction, you can contact the Banking Ombudsman.
