Axis Ecorp will invest Rs 100 Crores in developing a 25-acre luxury housing project in Maharashtra. The company will make150 serviced studio apartments, 70 luxury serviced villas and 100 build-to-suit plots in this project. The project location will be at Shindhudurg district in Maharashtra, Axis Ecorp said in a statement.

Aditya Kushwaha, CEO and Director of Axis Ecorp, said, “MOPA airport will be a big game-changer for this district and is expected to be booming for its peripheral areas. The development in Shindhudurg is related to infrastructure development in the district.”
