On Tuesday, the Indiabulls Housing Finance said that it has cut the lending rates by 0.25 percent to 9.60 percent from the current 9.85 percent.
It said that “the new rates would be applicable from October 7 to all new home loans,” with the new rate of interest, customers can avail home loans with EMIs starting at Rs 848 per lakh.
