Oracle Financial Services Software LLC declared a dividend of 4,500% to its shareholders. The Mumbai-based company declared an interim dividend of Rs 225 per share with a face value of Rs 5 for FY22-23.

The IT solutions provider in the financial services industry has set May 9 as a record date. “Tuesday, May 9, 2023, is set as the record date for the said interim dividend,” the company’s regulatory filing read.

OFSS Board also sets a record date for determining whether shareholders for the payment of the dividend. The record date for OFSS’s dividend is May 25.

“Decided to pay an interim dividend on or before Thursday, May 25, 2023, to shareholders whose names appear on the company’s membership list at the close of business on Tuesday, May 9, 2023,” the company’s filing said.

Shares of OFSS were flat at Rs 3,481.9 on the NSE, up 0.42% or Rs 14.7 at 10:36 pm. The counter has posted positive returns of nearly 20% over the past six months.
