On Monday, Natco Pharma and its partner Alvogen said that the patent infringement suit with Gilead Science Inc and others over Tamiflu in the US court, have been settled by them.
Natco said in a regulatory filing that “Natco Pharma Ltd and Alvogen… Have settled the patent infringement suit filed by Gilead Sciences Inc, Hoffmann-La Roche Inc, F. Hoffmann-La Roche Ltd and Genentech Inc… In New Jersey District Court”.
Tamiflu is used for treating bird and swine-flu infections.
