Tata Power and Gamesa India, a renewable energy firm have entered into an agreement for a 100 MW wind turbine project in Andhra Pradesh.
Tata Power said in a statement that the 100 MW turnkey project will entail the supply, erection and commissioning of 50 units of wind turbines in Andhra Pradesh by May 2017.
Rahul Shah, the CEO & Executive Director of Tata Power Renewable Energy Ltd said in a statement that the company is delighted to be working with Gamesa, a global leader in wind turbine technology, for the 100 MW project at Nimbagallu in Andhra Pradesh.
