The private equity firm Clearwater Capital Partner has trim down its stake in Oricon Enterprises by 4.39 percent, selling 69.02 lakh shares in the open market.
Oricon Enterprise said in a BSE filing that Clearwater Capital Partners Singapore Fund III Private Ltd, that had earlier 5.34 percent stake, bought down its shareholding in the company to 0.94 percent though selling shares between March 2 and December 23 this year.
