Dr Reddy’s Laboratories has relaunched its generic Esomeprazole Magnesium capsules that are used for treating acid reflux, in the US market.
Dr Reddy’s Laboratories said in a statement that the company has “relaunched its Esomeprazole Magnesium delayed-release capsules in the US market. The relaunch is due to a change in the capsule colour.”
A US court in November, had directed Dr Reddy’s to temporarily stop selling its generic version in the US aon account of the usage of colour purple in the capsules.
