The largest sugar firm of the country, Bajaj Hindustan said that it has appointed Binod Kumar nominee director of public lender PNB on its board.

Vipulkumar Shirishkumar Modi has also been appointed as an additional director by the company.

The company said in a regulatory filing that “The board of directors of the company has approved induction of Binod Kumar as nominee director of Punjab National Bank   and Vipulkumar Shirishkumar Modi as an additional director.”
