Shares of Servotech Renewable Power System Ltd shot up 14% on Wednesday, 4 June, after receiving a prestigious work order from the Rangiya Division of the Northeast Frontier Railway for a 7.8 MW grid-connected solar rooftop project.

The project involves designing, supplying, installing, testing, and commissioning a rooftop solar power system comprising monocrystalline panels and inverters, along with remote monitoring systems featuring SIM-based connectivity, to be deployed at several Rangiya Division sites.  

The work must be completed within six months of the letter of acceptance (LoA).

Furthermore, the deal, worth Rs 33.6 crore, includes a comprehensive 5-year Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) / Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract (CAMC) for numerous structures in the Rangiya Division. 

Moreover, the project demonstrates Servotech’s strong execution capabilities and rising presence in India’s renewable energy sector, particularly in the delivery of large-scale solar and infrastructure projects.
