Shares of Lemon Tree Hotels Ltd traded flat after hitting a dayβs high of Rs 172.18 on 29th August, even as the company announced that it had signed a license agreement for a new property in Mohkampur, Dehradun. The upcoming Lemon Tree Hotel, Mohkampur, Dehradun, will be managed by Carnation Hotels Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Lemon Tree Hotels.
The new Lemon Tree Hotel in Mohkampur, Dehradun, will feature 98 rooms. It will also have a restaurant, a lounge, a conference room, a swimming pool, a fitness centre, and other amenities.
It is situated within the Mall of Dehradun, the cityβs premier lifestyle and retail hub. This location offers guests direct access to shopping, dining, and entertainment. The property is about 18 km from Jolly Grant Airport and 9 km from Dehradun Railway Station. It has good road connectivity.
Vilas Pawar, CEO β Managed & Franchise Business, said the expansion strengthens Lemon Treeβs presence in Uttarakhand. They already operate eight hotels and have eight more in the pipeline.
