Shares of Diamond Power Infrastructure Ltd soared 6% on 15 September after the company received an order for Rs 236 crore from Adani Energy.
In its regulatory filing, the company said, “Diamond Power Infrastructure Ltd has received a letter of intent from Adani Energy Solutions for supply of 5403 KM AL-59 zebra conductor for Jamnagar project worth Rs 2,36,71,39,357.” The project is to be carried out by 30 June 2026.
Earlier last week, the company got a letter of intent from Adani Energy Solutions Limited for the supply of 4,215 KM AL-59 Zebra Conductor for the Khavda IV-D Project valued at Rs. 184,66,57,855, to be completed by 31 May 2026.
Furthermore, the company’s 33rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) is scheduled for Friday, 26 September 2025.
The company’s net profit increased by 15.8% in the June quarter to Rs 19.17 crore from Rs 16.56 crore in the previous year.
At 2:55 pm, the shares of Diamond Power were trading 5.04% higher at Rs 158.06 on NSE.
