The GIFT Nifty futures, which is an early indicator of the Nifty50 index stocks, was trading lower by 3 points at 25,161, indicating that the domestic benchmark indices are likely to make a flat start on Tuesday.

Earlier on Monday, 15 September, the Domestic benchmark indices S&P BSE Sensex slumped by 118 points or 0.15%, and settled at 81,785, while the Nifty50 traded 0.18% higher or 44 points, closing at 25,069.

Here are some stocks that are likely to remain in focus on 16 September.

Transrail Lighting: Transrail Lighting secured fresh orders worth β‚Ή421 crore, including a major transmission line contract in a new African market. With this win, the company’s FY26 order inflows crossed β‚Ή3,500 crore as of August 2025, reflecting 78% YoY growth.

JSW Infrastructure: JSW Infrastructure signed a 30-year PPP deal with Syama Prasad Mookerjee Port Authority to modernise berths 7 and 8 at Netaji Subhash Dock, aiming to enhance cargo handling capacity on India’s eastern coast.

Adani Enterprises: Adani Enterprises bagged a Letter of Award (LoA) from National Highways Logistics Management (NHLML) to develop a β‚Ή4,081 crore ropeway project connecting Sonprayag with Kedarnath, marking its first ropeway venture.

Zydus Lifesciences: ZyVet Animal Health, a wholly owned subsidiary of Zydus Pharmaceuticals (USA) Inc., launched the first FDA-approved generic phenylpropanolamine hydrochloride tablets to manage urinary incontinence in dogs. ZyVet also introduced the first veterinary-approved generic Furosemide tablets, a key treatment for congestive heart failure and chronic fluid retention in dogs and cats.

NTPC Green Energy: NTPC Green Energy commissioned a new 25 MW solar unit in Bhuj, Gujarat, as part of its 150 MW project with Ayana Renewable Power, pushing its total renewable capacity beyond 7,270 MW.

NCC: NCC secured a β‚Ή2,090.5 crore contract from Bihar’s Water Resources Department to build the Barnar reservoir, dam structures, irrigation channels, and related works in Jamui district.

John Cockerill India: John Cockerill India won a β‚Ή80 crore contract from Tata Steel to engineer, design, manufacture, and supply Pickling and ARP plants for installation at Jamshedpur’s Tinplate Division in Jharkhand, including supervision of erection and commissioning.
