Shares of Brigade Enterprises Limited, a real estate developer, were trading in the green and 2% higher on 23 September after the company announced that it had inked a collaborative development agreement to build a residential property in Banashankari, south Bangalore. The project spans 7.5 acres and has a GDV of over Rs 1,200 crore.

According to the firm, the project is on track to create intelligently planned, high-quality residential spaces, reinforcing Brigade’s commitment to providing premium urban living experiences in Bengaluru’s growth corridors.

The property will provide premium apartments tailored for consumers looking for upscale living in a desirable location. With its closeness to important infrastructure, educational institutions, and commercial hubs, the project is poised to become a landmark residential location in South Bengaluru.

Pavitra Shankar, Managing Director, Brigade Enterprises Ltd, said, “Banashankari represents a unique blend of heritage and connectivity, supported by social and physical infrastructure, making it ideal for quality residential development.”

However, at 1:03 pm, the shares of Brigade Enterprises shed all its early gains and were trading 0.049% lower at Rs 924.15 on NSE.
