The GIFT Nifty futures, which is an early indicator of the Nifty50 index stocks, was trading lower by 29 points at 25,156, indicating that the domestic benchmark indices are likely to make a muted start on Tuesday.

Earlier on Monday, 6 October, the Domestic benchmark indices S&P BSE Sensex gained by 582 points or 0.72%, and settled at 81,790, while the Nifty50 traded 0.74% lower or 183 points, closing at 25,077.

Here are some stocks that are likely to remain in focus on 7 October.

LTIMindtree: LTIMindtree, the IT services major, secured its largest-ever strategic deal with a global media and entertainment leader, strengthening its longstanding partnership. Under the multi-year agreement, LTIMindtree will lead the client’s digital transformation initiatives.

Dilip Buildcon: Through its joint venture with APMPL (DBL holding 74% and APMPL 26%), Dilip Buildcon secured a Letter of Acceptance (LOA) to develop a 100 MW grid-connected, ground-mounted solar PV power project under captive mode. The project will supply power to Madhya Pradesh Jal Nigam for 25 years from its commissioning date.

HCL Technologies: HCL Technologies joined the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) Media Lab, a globally recognised hub for research and innovation. The collaboration will allow HCL to access the lab’s extensive research network and co-develop AI-driven projects aimed at creating scalable, real-world solutions.

Brigade Enterprises: Brigade Enterprises signed a Joint Development Agreement (JDA) for a premium residential project in West Chennai, spread across 6.6 acres. With an estimated Gross Development Value (GDV) of β‚Ή1,000 crore, the project enjoys excellent connectivity to nearby industrial and business hubs.

Zydus Lifesciences: Zydus Lifesciences received a Notice of Compliance (NOC) from Health Canada for its generic Liothyronine tablets in 5 mcg and 25 mcg strengths. These tablets, used to treat hypothyroidism, generated annual sales of CAD 10.9 million in Canada.

Coal India: Coal India signed a non-binding Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Chhattisgarh Mineral Development Corporation to jointly explore and exploit critical and other commercially significant minerals of mutual interest.

Oil India: Oil India signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Mahanagar Gas to jointly explore opportunities across the LNG value chain and develop projects in emerging clean energy segments.
