In a significant boost to its order book, EPACK Prefab Technologies has secured purchase orders worth Rs 130 crore (inclusive of GST) from Avaada Ventures for the development of a glass factory project in Butibori, Nagpur, Maharashtra. The scope of work includes design, fabrication, supply, and erection of a pre-engineered steel building for the upcoming facility.
According to the companyβs exchange filing, the orders were issued on 13th October and executed on 24th October. EPACK Prefab has classified these orders as βmaterialβ under Regulation 30 of SEBIβs Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements (LODR) Regulations, 2015.
The announcement was confirmed through a disclosure signed by Sanjay Singhania, Managing Director and CEO of EPACK Prefab Technologies.
On Friday (24th October), shares of EPack Prefab closed 19.79% higher at Rs 278 on NSE.
