Shares of Shriram Properties Ltd were trading in the green and 2% higher on 30 October after the company announced a new residential project in Hinjewadi, Pune. 

In its regulatory filing on 30 October, the company announced that it has signed a collaborative development agreement for the construction of a 0.7 million square foot luxury residential project in the micro markets of Hinjewadi, Pune.

This is the company’s second project in the city. It initially entered the Pune market with its Undri project in May 2025, selling more than 55% of the available stocks within six months of its introduction, it stated.

The Hinjewadi project will have a high-rise mixed-use building. The business stated that it will have 6.5 lakh square feet of premium apartments, as well as smartly designed retail and commercial spaces, for a total saleable area of more than 7 lakh square feet. It has a gross developmental value of Rs 700 crore.

It will have a Sky Clubhouse with panoramic views over the city, as well as recreational and social facilities.

“The latest addition aligns with Shriram Properties’ broader growth strategy to scale up its presence across key residential markets through partnerships and development alliances, while maintaining its focus on delivering value-driven, high-quality homes,” Akshay Murali, vice-president – business development at Shriram Properties, said.

At 2:30 pm, the shares of Shriram Properties were trading % higher at Rs 94.25 on NSE.
