The GIFT Nifty futures, which are an early indicator of the Nifty50 index stocks, were trading higher by 74 points at 26,145, indicating that the domestic benchmark indices are likely to make a positive start on Thursday. 

Earlier on Wednesday, 19 November, the Domestic benchmark indices S&P BSE Sensex surged by 513 points or 0.61%, and settled at 85,186, while the Nifty50 traded 0.55% higher or 142 points, closing at 26,052.

Here are some stocks that are likely to remain in focus on 20 November.

NBCC (India): State-owned NBCC India won a major project management consultancy assignment worth Rs 2,966 crore. The company will oversee development work for Naveen Nagpur under Phase 1 of the Nagpur Metropolitan Plan. The project value does not include GST.

HG Infra Engineering: HG Infra Engineering secured a Rs 274 crore contract from DLF Cyber City Developers to build the access road network for DLF Downtown Phase-2 in Sector-25A, Gurugram. The project will follow an Item Rate/BOQ model, with GST and labour cess applied separately.

Godawari Power: Godawari Power and Ispat invested Rs 124.95 crore in its subsidiary, Godawari New Energy, to support capex and working capital needs for establishing a 10 GWh battery energy storage system plant.

Adani Enterprises: Adani Enterprises sold its 13% stake in AWL Agri Business (formerly Adani Wilmar) to Wilmar’s subsidiary, Lence, for Rs 4,650 crore through an off-market transaction. With this purchase, Wilmar becomes the majority shareholder.

CG Power: CG Power and Industrial Solutions received a tax demand notice of Rs 365 crore from the Income Tax Department for the Assessment Year 2018–19. The final assessment order includes several disallowances and additions, bringing the total demand to Rs 365.37 crore. The company is preparing to appeal these adjustments.
