Shares of Natco Pharma Ltd were trading 2% lower on 24 November after the company announced receiving 7 observations from the United States Food and Drug Administration.

The USFDA completed the inspection at the company’s Manali, Chennai, Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API) unit, which took place from 17 to 21 November 2025. Following the inspection, the company received seven observations on the Form-483.

However, the corporation feels the observations are procedural in nature and is confident that it can handle them fully.

The company remains committed to becoming cGMP compliant and providing high-quality products to its clients and patients worldwide, it stated.

The company’s net profit for the September quarter fell 23% to Rs 518.40 crore from Rs 677.30 crore year on year.
