Shares of RateGain Travel Technologies Ltd ended flat after hitting a day’s high of Rs 693.50 on 25th November, even as the company announced that it has partnered with hotel management solutions provider Arpón Enterprise to create an all-in-one platform aimed at maximising revenue and streamlining operations for hotels in a competitive market.

RateGain said the partnership will combine its UNO Channel Manager with ArpónWin Surfing PMS to build a unified platform that aims to “redefine hotel technology.”

The integrated system will merge operational and commercial functions by connecting property management, distribution, and pricing. This will help hotels automate decisions, maintain price parity, and improve profitability in real time.

Key benefits of the Arpón–RateGain platform include:

• Higher direct bookings: Hotels could see up to a 20% rise in direct reservations through a more efficient, connected system.

• Smarter pricing: Real-time market data will support better pricing decisions to stay competitive.

• Automation across channels: Room availability and rates will update instantly across OTAs and hotel websites, reducing overbooking and pricing mismatches.

• Centralised control: A single, auditable dashboard will help hotels manage operations more easily and scale efficiently.

Ashish Sikka, SVP and business head–UNO at RateGain, said the collaboration strengthens their distribution reach by combining UNO—recognised by the four largest OTAs—with a flexible PMS, delivering higher revenue and simpler operations for clients.

RateGain’s Q2 results, reported earlier this month, showed mixed performance. Net profit slipped 2.3% to Rs 51 crore, while revenue rose 6.4% to Rs 295 crore. EBITDA fell 11% to Rs 53.6 crore, with margins narrowing to 18.2% from 22% last year.

At 3:30 PM, shares of RateGain Travel Technologies ended 0.058% higher at Rs 690 on NSE.
