The GIFT Nifty futures, which are an early indicator of the Nifty50 index stocks, were trading higher by 93 points at 25,149, indicating that the domestic benchmark indices are likely to make a positive start on Wednesday. 

Earlier on Tuesday, 25 November, the Domestic benchmark indices S&P BSE Sensex slumped by 314 points or 0.37%, and settled at 84,587, while the Nifty50 traded 0.29% lower or 75 points, closing at 25,885.

Here are some stocks that are likely to remain in focus on 26 November.

Jayant Infratech: Jayant Infratech said it secured an EPC contract worth Rs 161.68 crore from Konkan Railway Corporation Ltd. The work includes designing, supplying, erecting, testing, and commissioning the upgrade of the existing 1Γ—25 KV electric traction system to a 2Γ—25 KV system in several ongoing railway projects.

Zydus Lifesciences: Zydus Lifesciences reported that it received final approval from the US FDA for Verapamil Hydrochloride extended-release tablets USP in 120 mg, 180 mg, and 240 mg strengths.

NCC: NCC announced that it received a letter of acceptance from the Public Works (Health & Education) Department of Assam for expanding and modernising Gauhati Medical College & Hospital in Guwahati.

Indraprastha Gas: IGL signed a joint venture agreement with CEID Consultants & Engineering to develop compressed biofuel and compressed biogas (CBG) projects, the company said in an exchange filing. Both partners will hold a 50% stake each in the new entity.

NELCO: Tata-group company NELCO received additional authorisation, UL VNO-GMPCS, from the Department of Telecommunications under its existing Unified License for Virtual Network Operators, marking a major regulatory boost for its operations.

Apollo Micro Systems: Apollo Micro Systems entered into a strategic tri-party collaboration with IIT-Chennai and the Indian Navy’s Directorate General of Naval Armament Inspection (DGNAI). Under the MoU, the three parties will jointly develop advanced indigenous defence technologies.

RNIT AI Solutions: RNIT AI Solutions said it received a project from the Telangana Social Welfare Residential Educational Institutions Society in Hyderabad to deploy an AI-based facial recognition attendance system.
