Cyber resilience startup Mitigata has raised $15 million in a Series B funding round led by Bessemer Venture Partners, with continued backing from Nexus Venture Partners, Titan Capital, and WEH Ventures. The fresh investment marks a significant milestone for the Bengaluru-based company as it strengthens its position in the rapidly evolving cybersecurity landscape.
Founded in 2023 by Sarthak Dubey, Mohit Anand, Mayank Morya, and Akshit Kaushik, Mitigata has witnessed remarkable growth since its last funding round. According to the company, revenue and business scale have expanded by nearly 15 times, driven by increasing enterprise demand for integrated cyber resilience solutions.
Unlike conventional cybersecurity providers, Mitigata offers a unified platform that combines AI-powered security operations, cyber risk intelligence, compliance management, incident response, digital forensics, and cyber insurance. The company currently serves more than 800 organizations across sectors including banking, financial services, healthcare, manufacturing, technology, and e-commerce. Over the past year, its AI-enabled Security Operations Centre (SOC) has reportedly processed and triaged more than one million security incidents.
Mitigata plans to utilize the newly raised capital to expand internationally, with initial focus on the Middle East, North Africa, Southeast Asia, and select opportunities in the United States. The company will also strengthen its engineering, research, and cybersecurity teams while enhancing SOC capabilities across its Bengaluru and Delhi centers.
The funding comes at a time when enterprises face a sharp rise in AI-enabled cyber threats, including sophisticated phishing attacks and automated security breaches. Industry experts believe organizations increasingly prefer integrated security platforms over managing multiple vendors, creating a favorable environment for companies like Mitigata.
By partnering with leading cybersecurity providers such as Palo Alto Networks, CrowdStrike, and SentinelOne, Mitigata aims to deliver end-to-end cyber resilience solutions. With this latest investment, the startup is positioning itself to become a key player in the global cybersecurity ecosystem while helping enterprises manage evolving digital risks more effectively.
