The GIFT Nifty futures, which is an early indicator of the Nifty50 index stocks, was trading lower by 101 points at 23,887, indicating that the domestic benchmark indices are likely to make a negative start on Wednesday.
Earlier on Tuesday, 22 July, the domestic benchmark indices S&P BSE Sensex crashed by 715 points or 0.92%, and settled at 76,755, while the Nifty50 traded 0.79% lower or 191 points, closing at 23,996.
