Wipro Consumer Care & Lighting has announced the acquisition of Good Home and EVA brands from TTK Healthcare for Rs 256 crore, strengthening its presence in India’s home care and personal care markets.

The deal is expected to be completed by September 30, 2026, subject to customary approvals. The acquisition will add two well-established brands to Wipro’s portfolio. Good Home offers products such as air fresheners, drain cleaners, odour removers, and household cleaning solutions, while EVA is a popular personal care brand known for deodorants, body sprays, perfumes, roll-ons, and talcum powders.

Together, the two brands generated Rs 148 crore in revenue during FY26, accounting for around 17% of TTK Healthcare’s total turnover.

This is Wipro Consumer Care’s 17th acquisition, reflecting the company’s strategy of expanding through established consumer brands. Earlier this week, Wipro Consumer Care International also announced the acquisition of Philippine-based personal care company S Brands, further strengthening its global footprint.

For TTK Healthcare, the sale allows the company to sharpen its focus on its core businesses while entrusting the growth of Good Home and EVA to Wipro’s extensive distribution network and FMCG expertise. Wipro, on the other hand, plans to invest in distribution, product innovation, and marketing to scale both brands across India.

The acquisition highlights Wipro Consumer Care’s continued focus on expanding its presence in fast-growing consumer categories through strategic acquisitions. With two established brands joining its portfolio, the company is well-positioned to strengthen its market share in the home and personal care segments.
