AI-powered personal assistance startup Hulp has raised $2.6 million (around Rs 25 crore) in a seed funding round led by Sparrow Capital and BITKRAFT Ventures.
The round also saw participation from DeVC (by Z47) and several angel investors, including PB Fintech Chairman Yashish Dahiya. The fresh capital will help the startup expand its AI platform and grow its presence across major Indian cities.
Founded in 2026 by former PolicyBazaar co-founder Tarun Mathur, along with Neha Kulwal and Vishal Singh Khutel, Hulp combines artificial intelligence with human support to help users manage everyday tasks.
Through its mobile app and WhatsApp, customers can delegate activities such as travel bookings, government documentation, home services, restaurant reservations and household management using simple voice notes or text messages.
The company plans to use the new funding to strengthen its AI workflows across lifestyle, household and operational management. It will also invest in technology, expand its leadership team and improve its product capabilities to support future growth.
Currently, Hulp operates in Delhi, Gurugram and Noida, but it plans to expand into Mumbai, Bengaluru, Pune, Hyderabad and Chennai over the next two years. The startup aims to tap into the growing demand for AI-powered personal assistants among urban households looking to save time on routine tasks.
The funding highlights rising investor interest in AI-first consumer startups that solve real-world problems. As more Indians adopt AI-powered services for everyday convenience, Hulp is positioning itself to become a leading digital concierge platform by combining advanced AI with trusted human assistance.
