Krystal Integrated Services touched a day’s high of Rs 639.80 after winning two orders worth Rs 740 crore from the Maharashtra government.

The small cap stock rallied on Tuesday after an exchange filing dated August 10 confirmed the company had secured fresh business from the state’s Urban Development Department, adding fuel to what has already been a strong run of order wins for the company.

Here’s what the orders actually involve. Both contracts fall under the Swachh Maharashtra Mission 2.0 and cover the development of sewage treatment plants, along with sewer network infrastructure, on an EPC basis for the Pune and Nagpur revenue divisions.

The combined contract value stands at Rs 740 crore including GST, spread across a two year execution period. Krystal holds a 40% share in the consortium handling this project, which works out to roughly Rs 296 crore for the company.

The consortium operates as LC Infra Krystal Consortium, with LIPPL as the lead member and Krystal serving as the technical member. This win comes on the back of steady growth for the company. Annual revenue climbed from Rs 711 crore in FY23 to Rs 1,277.28 crore in FY26.

The company’s June quarter results also showed progress, with revenue from operations rising 11.65% year on year to Rs 360.71 crore, though EBITDA margin slipped slightly to 6.32% from 6.61% a year earlier. Net profit for the quarter grew 6.30% to Rs 17.36 crore.

Management said the company is seeing a meaningful pickup in opportunities across both government and corporate segments heading into the new financial year, while staying selective about which projects it bids for to protect margins.
