Indiabulls shares touched a day high of Rs 27.36 after the company secured a ₹3,700 crore deal on Gurugram’s Dwarka Expressway.

The development itself came through an agreement with a private landowner. Indiabulls Limited, earlier known as Yaari Digital Integrated Services Limited, will handle development management for a residential project spread across roughly 10.84 acres.

The company is registered in Gurugram, Haryana, with its corporate office based in Mumbai, and counts real estate development among its core business interests.

The numbers behind the deal are sizeable. The project carries an estimated saleable area of 21 lakh square feet and a Gross Development Value of around ₹3,700 crore.

Two of its phases, Phase 1 and Phase 3, have already secured RERA registration, and the company is targeting a launch by mid-October 2026.

The disclosure was made under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements Regulations, 2015.

This isn’t a one-off addition either. With this project now factored in, Indiabulls’ total development pipeline across all its projects has climbed to ₹27,308 crore.

The company said this kind of landlord-partnered model lets it grow its project book without buying land outright, using its own strength in execution, branding and sales instead.

The timing lines up with the festive season, when developers typically see stronger buyer interest, giving Indiabulls a window to push sales once the launch goes live in October.

Separately, the company’s shareholding data showed foreign institutional investors raised their stake to 17.08% in June 2026, up slightly from 17% in March.

As of 12:18 pm on 26 August, Indiabulls shares were trading at ₹27.06 on the NSE, up 0.11% for the day, with the stock’s 52-week range standing between ₹8.90 and ₹32.50.
