MapmyIndia Launches Geo-Fi Lending Platform With ClarityX

Geo-Fi
The platform covers three parts of the lending journey.

C.E. Info Systems has partnered with ClarityX to launch Geo-Fi, a location intelligence tool built for lenders to assess borrower risk.

The idea is simple enough. Geo-Fi combines Mappls’ mapping and location data with ClarityX’s AI-driven analytics, giving lenders a fuller picture of borrower risk based on where someone actually lives or runs their business, not just what’s on paper.

The two companies are calling it India’s first comprehensive geo-intelligence stack built specifically for lending. It’s designed to fit into systems lenders already have rather than replace them.

Geo-Fi connects with loan origination systems, loan management systems, CRM tools and collections platforms through APIs and software development kits.

Institutions can run it on-premises, in a hybrid setup, or fully on the cloud, depending on what suits them. The platform covers three parts of the lending journey.

Geo-Analyse helps lenders spot promising or underserved markets by blending their own data with mapping details like points of interest, demographics and local affluence.

Geo-Check comes in at the underwriting stage, turning incomplete or messy addresses into precise coordinates so lenders can verify borrower details with more confidence.

Geo-Collect steps in during recovery, using geo-tagged field visits and delinquency heatmaps to help teams plan collection efforts more effectively.

Rohan Verma, Joint Managing Director at MapmyIndia Mappls, said Indian lending has shifted from paper-heavy processes to digital ecosystems over the past decade, but location has stayed an overlooked source of intelligence.

Geo-Fi, he said, is meant to close that gap without forcing institutions to rip out their existing technology.

Rakhi Prasad, Co-Founder of ClarityX, called it the point where spatial data and lending technology meet, helping institutions unlock insights that geography alone can offer.

The platform will be on display at the Mappls Pavilion during the Global Fintech Fest 2026, running September 9 to 11 at the Jio Convention Centre in Mumbai.

This news follows C.E. Info Systems’ June quarter results. Consolidated revenue climbed 14.9% year-on-year to Rs 139.7 crore, and net profit rose 8.58% to Rs 49.7 crore. The company held Rs 745.3 crore in cash and cash equivalents as of June 30.
