Netweb Technologies Shares Jump 5% On Strong FY26 Show

Netweb Technologies surges after its FY26 report showed sharp jumps in revenue and profit.

Netweb Technologies shares rose 5% to Rs 5,375 on Thursday after its FY26 report showed sharp jumps in revenue and profit.

Investors have been reacting to Netweb’s numbers for the year ended March 2026, which came in well ahead of what the stock had been pricing in. Revenue from operations rose 90% year on year to Rs 2,183.56 crore.

Of that, the AI systems segment alone brought in Rs 947.8 crore, a sign of just how much of Netweb’s growth is now coming from AI infrastructure work rather than its older, traditional computing business.

Government customers made up 42.8% of total business, with private sector clients accounting for the rest. Profit after tax jumped 81% to Rs 205.82 crore, and operating EBITDA rose 79.1% to Rs 284.84 crore, holding a margin of 13%.

Chairman and Managing Director Sanjay Lodha said the company strengthened its position in India’s AI infrastructure space this year, while also expanding its technology and manufacturing capabilities.

There’s a capital raise in the mix too. On August 25, Netweb raised Rs 1,200 crore through a qualified institutional placement, its first equity fundraise since it listed on the exchanges in July 2023.

The company allotted just over 25 lakh shares at Rs 4,790 each, and the money is earmarked for working capital as the order book grows.

At 14:20 pm on Thursday, Netweb was trading at Rs 5,280 on the NSE, up 3.33% for the day. The stock has now gained close to 72% since the start of 2026.
