DLF hit a day high of Rs 675.70 on 5 October after it sold all 172 homes in its Aureva senior living project in Gurugram for Rs 1,985 crore.

Not a single unit is left. The 172 apartments brought in sales of Rs 1,985 crore. That works out to about Rs 11.5 crore a home.

The Aureva is a retirement community in Sector 63, Gurugram. DLF calls it a luxury residential community in the retirement segment.

It sits on roughly 4.17 acres and rises as one standalone tower of ground plus 45 floors.

The carpet area crosses 4 lakh sq ft, and the saleable area is above 7.5 lakh sq ft.

DLF describes it as an exclusive enclave for homeowners who want an active, fulfilling lifestyle with healthcare close at hand.

Every home is a 4 BHK with a private deck, separate quarters for domestic staff and three parking spaces.

The design also includes accessibility features aimed at comfort and safety. DLF lists wellness services, hospitality-style help and places for residents to meet and spend time together.

Aakash Ohri, Managing Director and Chief Business Officer of DLF Home Developers Ltd, said the project reflects DLF’s vision of ‘redefining luxury retirement housing in India’.

The sell-out follows a slow April to June quarter. DLF’s sales bookings in that period were Rs 657 crore, down 94% from Rs 11,425 crore a year earlier. The Aureva alone is about three times that quarterly figure.

At 12:15 pm on NSE, DLF shares traded at Rs 673.45, up Rs 15.05 or 2.29% from the previous close.
