ARSS Infrastructure Projects won two work orders worth over Rs 270 crore

ARSS Infrastructure Projects won two work orders worth over Rs 270 crore, including a joint venture contract and a road upgrade in Cuttack, Odisha.

Both announcements reached BSE on 23 October. The bigger order came through a joint venture, where two or more firms team up on one contract.

ARSS told the exchange it won work worth Rs 2.40 billion, or Rs 240 crore. That is more than seven times the size of the second order. The smaller one is a road job in Cuttack, worth Rs 31.76 crore.

The state’s roads and buildings office in the city asked ARSS to widen and strengthen a 3.7 km stretch from Netaji Subash Chowk to Naraj via Brajabiharipur, under the state plan.

ARSS has 11 months to finish it. These two follow a run of recent wins.

On 12 October, the company bagged a Rs 22.67 crore ring road contract, also in Cuttack, and before that it received an order worth about Rs 131 crore on 2 September.

In late August, East Coast Railway handed it a Rs 104 crore contract, and on 29 June the same railway zone gave it another worth Rs 51.60 crore.

The firm builds highways, buildings and railways. Its latest numbers show a company still working through a rough patch.

For the June quarter, ARSS reported revenue of Rs 14.53 crore and a net loss of Rs 10.96 crore, according to BSE data. Revenue for FY26 came in at Rs 145.79 crore.
