According to a regulatory filing with BSE Larsen & Toubro (L&T) has sold its entire stake in L&T Infocity Limited.
The company has sold 89 percent in the special purpose vehicle (SPV) for Rs 191 crore. In 1997 the SPV was formed with Andhra Pradesh Infrastructure Investment Corporation that holds the remaining 11 percent stake.
In Hyderabad, the company has developed more than 5 million square feet of IT space.
