Anant Geete, Heavy Industries & Public Enterprises Minister has asked Bharat Heavy Electricals Ltd (BHEL) to increase its activities in diversification areas like solar and transportation in a big way for addressing the slowdown in power sector.
The performance and the future readiness of the company has been reviewed by the minister.
The company has said in a statement that “While BHEL is gearing up for the future to face the upcoming challenges, he advised the company to step up its activities in diversification areas like solar and transportation, in a big way to address the slowdown in power sector.”
